$125 per 60-minute session

Insurance

My services can be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefits. Please ask your employer if you are covered for therapeutic services and ask the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

• What is my deductible and how much more coverage do I have for the rest of the year?

• How many sessions per year does my mental health insurance cover?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

• Is approval required from either my primary care physician or from my mental health insurance provider?

Reduced Fee

Reduced sliding scale fee is available for specialized cases.

Payment

Cash, check and credit card.

Cancellation Policy

If your schedule changes and you are not able to show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the agreed cost of the session.
