Who are We?

I am Board certified by the Board of Marriage and Family Therapy and Professional Counseling Committee of New Jersey. I am licensed to practice in New Jersey State as a Professional Counselor. I have over 20 years experience in delivering evidence-based counseling services to adolescents, young adults, couples and families.

I do not have a one-size-fits-all method of counseling; some may call what I practice an eclectic approach to Psychotherapy. I am well grounded in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Client Centered approach, Cross-cultural counseling, solution focused therapy, and Evidenced based Relationship counseling.
